@jegtnes I think go for the L – you should still be able to adjust the saddle / stem to suit your geometry, but don't run the risk of it all being a bit too big for you and introducing knee/back pain etc. Pro racers tend to ride a bike a size (or two!) below their actual height, too

@jegtnes (I'm aware you're unlikely to attempt the Tour de France, but think it indicates that rounding down is more common option than scaling up)
