  1. This car has been left like this for almost a month at the end of our street. Nobody on our local WhatsApp group claimed it. But the council won't let me report it as abandoned because it's still taxed. They've sruckt

      They've stuck three parking fine notices to the windscreen for the double yellows, though, so that's solved it.
