@walkyouhome Ahh this is great to experience though, it's such a good motivator to see someone really struggling so you can basically pin that image at the forefront of your brain while you're working on fixing it. Agree it's awful to watch though.On twitter.com

@walkyouhome We did a test of a new CMS we were building where we watched (behind a two way mirror) someone type out a 500 word post, click Submit, and it vanished into the void. Watching them start retyping it from scratch made me vow to prevent that bug ever happening again.Permalink On twitter.com
