Cycled to work on my new (old) commuter bike and wondered why I was struggling so much - surely I've not been off the bike that long? Got to work to discover the rear wheel was almost completely wedged against the frame.Permalink On twitter.com

Only really noticed when I turned off the canal and rode uphill for the first time and wondered why the wheel wasn't moving. Good workout to start the day though.On twitter.com
