  1. Today marks 1 year since I left the BBC and began working for @BigLotteryFund to help on the road to digital service design. It's been a great twelve months so far and really feels like we're making great progress – I work with a great team.

      @BigLotteryFund Also proud to note that our gender pay gap is just 3.2% and non-existent in median pay: biglotteryfund.org.uk/about/gender-pay-gap still work to do, but a great position to start from.
