    1. Outlook pet peeve: if I reply to a message I sent in my sent items (eg. to add more detail) it replies to me, not the person I was emailing.

    I realise that probably makes sense from a purely logical viewpoint but from a pragmatic one it's ridiculous. Gmail doesn't do this.
