@BrumTransportXp @Quit_EU @fazza_ The road this happened on is 0.5 miles long. At 30mph that takes 1 minute, and at 20mph it's 1:30. With the exception of emergency vehicles, there's nobody driving on this road who can't afford to spare 30 seconds by slowing down so it's safer (lots of pedestrians here).
