@sil This happened to me last time I rang HMRC – on hold for 30 mins, got through, explained my issue in 30 seconds then got cut off. Rang back in RAAAAAAAAGE mode, another 30 mins, only to discover the mega-efficient operator had sorted my tax code based on my 30 second intro.On twitter.com
