@dylanatsmith Oh nice! And yeah big email chains – I think in previous org there was a bit less familiarity/comfort with instant messaging, and because it used Teams rather than Slack there were some barriers to entry – each department had its own Teams instance, so quite silo'd.

@dylanatsmith In fairness Teams itself didn't cause that, but the decision to not have an org-wide instance probably did, you'd have to create a single chat group for each conversation, which don't have thread features like the main channels do.
