@katemascarenhas I was quite surprised over the weekend by the various hashtags about closing schools and did a (small) bit of research. It sounds like by themselves, schools aren't the sources of infection, but kids bring the virus in from the community (eg. their families mixing in other spots)

@katemascarenhas All sorts of charts going around claiming it's kids that are most infectious but the data tends to bucket age groups which include teenagers (or even early 20s) which clearly start to skew towards uni students and bars/nightlife etc

@katemascarenhas Anyway, my point being that it could be possible that removing other sources of infection increases the likelihood of schools being less prone to kids from infected households turning up?
