    1. One of the weird side effects of Microsoft Teams being built on top of SharePoint: when you share a file with someone after previously sharing it with someone else, you get this weird/scary warning – hold on, why does Alice already have this file just because I sent it to Bob?

    What happens if I replace it? Does Bob get a new version of it, too? But Bob isn't in this chat...? Where is this thing being stored? Can anyone else see it? Just awful UX.
