        @stuartleech This would be a challenge - would it need to exclude Google searches for these websites from the history, too? Before browser makers would implement this, you'd need to get it past the W3C, who would write a specification for the feature and how websites could implement it.

      @stuartleech This is a slow process and even if it passes (like the Do Not Track header, kind of the opposite of what you're proposing here) it might not get adopted by the browser makers etc.

    @stuartleech IMO you'd get quicker results and more likelihood of achieving the desired end goal by doing a big campaign to teach people about Incognito/private browsing, and how/when to use it.
