  1. Any recipe ideas to use up a load of carrots and potatoes? Was thinking I'd make samosas except it looks like I'd need to make approx 150 to use up a dozen carrots.

      (should clarify that while I have no qualms about eating 150 samosas, we don't have enough storage space or cooking time, dang)
