    1. Parenting / mortgage question (god, I know): we're about to remortgage. Baby is 6 months old. We like our Got a choice between 2 or 3 year fixed rate. How much notice would we need if we wanted to move house (eg. for schools)? eg. when baby is 2.5 or 3.5 years old?
