@shemakeswar I feel your pain. A few years ago my neighbours signed for an LP I'd ordered. I knocked on their door every night for a week, nobody answered. When I finally spoke to them, they'd returned it to the post office (...half a mile away). PO had no record of it so had to buy it again.
