@annkempster We moved to Birmingham in 2015 and love it here. Got a 4 bed house for less than half your max budget, 10 mins on the train to town. Virgin train to Euston is 75mins. We're about 5 miles from Worcester countryside and an hour from Cotswolds. Food/bar scene here is amazing.On twitter.com
